Parcel will be sending to you by Speed post,Fedex,UPS or whatever service you suggested,
Our all prices are in US Dollars ,Shipping charges will be extra.
After receiving the order, the order may be fulfill within 2-3 Business Working Days. Custom Ordered Goods will take extra days .
we carry loose gemstones generally under the header Cut Stone & Cabochons And Designer's Exclusive. In Gemstone Beads all items are sold per strand or per lot(which might contain more than one strand).

S.R. Gems Exim has made every effort to display the Gemstones as accurately as possible. Most products have been accurate color options. However, we are aware that colors and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. So actual and original product color look slightly different. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.
Additional Document for Import
Please mention in advance if you need any other supporting document which is desirable to import or clearance from customs these goods in your country such as certificate of origin . This is buyer responsibility to inform about it advance.
Packaging:-
If you need any special kind of packaging please give the instruction at the time of order. Otherwise standard packing will be done.
CANCELLATION
Customer can cancel the order within 24 hrs from the date of confirmation of the order.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 24 hrs of delivery, if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.
Returns
The Company operates a 7-day No quibble Guarantee. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on Custom Ordered Goods. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Jindal Gems will be sent back at your cost. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Jindal Gems office, Please note that returns are subject to a 5USD $ charge. This is to cover the charge issued to us by the bank, for every refund applied.
Faulty Products / Damaged terms:
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement... Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service or agreed as per our instructions we recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
